Sesame could boost male fertility

Spice PhotoZestica Fertility has been scientifically shown to improve Sperm Motility.  A recently published study in the Journal of Research in Medical Sciences concludes that Sesame can also help!

As reported by the Daily Mail in the UK;

London – Sesame could be the secret to boosting men’s fertility. New research shows adding sesame capsules to a man’s diet every day for three months increases sperm count and motility — their ability to “swim” properly.

Tests at the University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan, Iran, found infertile men who took a daily capsule containing sesame oil saw significant improvements in sperm health.

The researchers recruited 25 infertile men. The results, published in the Journal of Research in Medical Sciences, found sperm counts doubled and motility improved significantly, although one patient dropped out due to diarrhoea from the capsules.

Sesame is thought to help fight oxidative stress, the process by which cells that produce sperm can be become damaged. – Daily Mail
