Found the article interesting in the most recent copy of Canadian Running that I just received… especially as a coffee drinkers with a running problem!
The article relates to a research study published this year in PLOS ONE from Sophie C. Killer, Andrew K. Blannin and Asker E. Jeukendrup out of the University of Birmingham in Britain, and concludes that “…. for regular coffee drinkers, caffeine doesn’t dehydrate you.”
